Properties porous silica glasses are systemized in this review. Also the methods of formation nanoparticles’ ensembles substances, which useful for microelectronics, described. Porous perspective due to their chemically resistance, mechanical strength and development inner surface. Own electrical resistance is too big glasses’ specimens with standard sizes, that’s why ones use them as matrixes luminescence type sensors mainly. The luminescent properties’ dependence on molecular structure investigate substances (such dyes metal oxides), well nanoparticle ensemble technological condition studied. It revealed certain gases specified sensitive it occurs such manners. shown described nano-size systems’ properties sensitivity appeared.
